Shipping Partner

All orders placed on our website are shipped through Bosta, a third-party courier and logistics company.
Bosta is an independent shipping provider, and while we coordinate shipments on your behalf, delivery operations, timelines, and cash collection are handled by Bosta directly.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are required to:

  • Be available to receive the shipment

  • Pay the full order amount upon delivery

  • Provide accurate shipping and contact information

Failure to do so may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.

Refused or Unpaid Orders

Please note that refusing a shipment, failing to pay the Cash on Delivery amount, or repeatedly being unreachable at delivery results in financial and operational losses.

Accordingly:

  • Orders that are refused or not paid upon delivery will be recorded

  • Customers who refuse or fail to receive COD orders may be restricted from placing future orders

  • Repeated incidents may lead to the customer being blacklisted from our website and future deliveries

This policy is strictly enforced to protect our operations and ensure fair service for all customers.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier capacity

  • External factors beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the package and product

We will coordinate with the courier to review the case.
